I have Understood the following terms & Conditions to become the member of the Part Time Jobs Offer to the participate in its Program, Which I accept and agree to abide in terms and spirit.

• During this agreement PTJO (Part Time Jobs Offer ) Advisor will hold in confidence of business information which acquired during the Tenure of this agreement.
• All the Payments shall be Deposit to the Admin Office, Cheque, DD payable to Debsan Technologies Pvt. Ltd.. We shall not be responsible for remittances made at any other places in any other mode.
• Amount paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
• That the Organization is Competent and free at this discretion to amend the Program, plan, rules & regulation, policies & procedures, terms and conditions from time to time.
• The Organization shall have the right to make any changes, if necessary at any time without any prior information.

• We are not a licensed bank or a security firm. All the data giving by a member to Part Time Jobs Offer will be only privately used and not disclosed to any third parties. Part Time Jobs Offer is not responsible or liable for any loss of data. You agree to hold all principals and members harmless of any liability. You agree that you are buying the service offered by Part Time Jobs Offer and we served the rights to suspend or terminating accounts that we found violating our term, rules or regulation. We reserve the right to change the rules, commissions and rates of the program at any time and at our sole discretion without notice, especially in order to respect the integrity and security of the members' interests. You agree that it is your sole responsibility to review the current terms.

• The Organization may terminate the Membership if found violating the rules set by Organization without assigning any reason there of.
• In case of any dispute the decision taken by the partners of the Organization will be treated as final and binding to all.
• The applicant?s membership business cannot be sold, assigned or transferred to any person without the prior written consent of the Organization.
• The Organization reserves the rights or declines this application without having to assign any reason.
• The Organization may terminate the Membership if found representing any other company or any similar nature of business.
• This agreement is binding upon and is meant for the benefit of the parties, their heirs and successors in interest, if any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the validity of the remaining provision shall not be affected.

I agree with all terms and conditions given by Debsan Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and the Organization reserves the rights for accept of reject the Registration/application form without assigning any reason thereof.
